I have been a polling agent before, and after the counting to declare the winner at that particular polling station in the presence of all party agents, they proceed to a common ground where all results from the various polling stations are collated on a board for all to see with all party's agent to peruse, raise any objection; and it is there when the MP who won becomes clear. In my view, I believe as very vicious as NPP party has exhibited all sort of criminal activities from time immemorial before and after elections when they lose, I wouldn't be surprised if they initially connived with their party faithfuls in EC's office and presiding officers to intentionally make this technical mistakes when filling the pink sheets so that they can create commotion by raising this kind of administrative issues when they lose. They doing that and laughing in their heads because they feel smart by they criminal activities.

NPP has also shown the unavoidable administrative mistake in court in the essence of dealing with large volume of documents. Now come to think of it, NPP dealing with just over 11,000 documents being compiled by lawyers, holders of Phd who claim to be academically mafia's couldn't coup without making mistakes. The fact that votes are being counted in the full glare of the public and representatives of the parties and even results known before the EC announces the results should tell you that the winner is the winner and you can not change it. President Mahama won the elections hands down. You can never find elections in any part of the world without some certain errors, this happened even in America but they found solution by discarding the allegations. How could it be possible for a country like Ghana to conduct elections involving over 11 million people without committing an error? votes are counted at the polling stations under the watch of polling agents with the presence of radio stations and TV agents. Also results are even being known by the public before the EC announces the winner. NPP knew this that is why they tried to stop the EC from announcing the winner. President Mahama won the elections clean, let us move on.

Granted that the electoral officer at this station lacked proper education, were the polling agents also that illiterate? Did the 270 and whatever Nana had differ from the ballots that were cast?
If the petitioners really want us to get to the bottom of this case then there should be a recount of ballots instead.

The Presiding officer was no illiterate and what happened was actually very simple. JDM had 27, Henry Lartey - 0. The copy was skewed and the 0 of Lartey "moved" into the box of JDM making it appear as 270. If you looked well, you'd see that the 0 was a bit lower than the 27.
Now, the numbers in words had JDM - TWENTY SEVEN; and Henry Lartey - ZERO. Twenty Seven and Zero just appear together in the copy due to the skew.
This same problem explains why the other figures appear on lines and in between boxes. You don't need a rocket scientist to tell you that Nana Addo got 164 and not 16419 which appeared there.
Tomorrow, when they bring the collation sheet, this will be the explanation, mark my words.

The last time the NPP came close to letting the cat out was in 2008. I made my comments; I posted then that the NPP ought to challenge the EC's declaration that late Atta-Mills as winners. Some elders prevailed on Nana Akufo-Addo to let it go. I totally disagreed! Thanks God things have changed since then. The very same people who thought Nana should chill now sees it clear that Afari-Gyan and NDC have been taking Ghanaians for fools, by stealing the ballot in favour of the NDC. This is criminal and Afari-Gyan should be sent to Nsawam.
Afari-Gyan asked demanded over US$100 from Ghanaians, only to recruit NDC "aparatchiks" for this bogus job. They knew what they're about to do; to rig the elections. And that's why John Mahama and his cohorts were so confident bragging: "idey bee k3k3" as if everyone is a fool. How can Mahama win an election, with only 5 months to go? It's as if all Ghanaians are illiterates. Damn!
Nobody knows what's in the mind of the Supreme Court Justices, but I sincerely believer that the overwhelming evidence presented to court won't lead to any disappointments for Ghanaians and the curious world. That's for sure!
