Since this hard line Islamic brotherhood took power in Egypt, minorities like Christians and secular Egyptians did not matter. Muslims Brotherhood were burnt Christian churches and forced young Christian girls to marry these evil hard line Islamic men. If these young Christian girls refused, those young Christian girls and their families bored the anger of these evil men.

God Almighty has intervened for all Egyptians. Good Muslims don't like other people who are not Muslims to be treated differently. We all should know that God is in control.

Yesterday we read from Ghanaweb that Ghanaian prostitutes are all over in Turkey. How can prostitution thrive in Turkey, which is Muslims country? They all patronize prostitution. After these feel good Islamic hard liners have enjoyed themselves with these prostitutes, they come out looking for a sinner to execute or Cut off his hand like what is going on in Syria.
God is in control. Don't be scared. Majority of Muslims don't like Sharia and Islamic rule.

I think he would have a difficult explanation to do to come back to NPP should Nana Addo be declared the winner. Haruna's tagging of NPP as a rowdy party to me is no surprise. He wants to give NPP a bad name so that when the inevitable happens he can say that I don't belong to NPP anymore anyway, but deep down he would hurt.

On 15 January 2013 Peacefmonline carried a story with the title "I am ready to serve - Haruna Atta". Haruna Atta was reacting to speculations in the media that he and Komla Dumor of the BBC were to be named in President Mahama's government. While Komla rubbished the story and said he had no intention whatsoever of serving in the NDC government, Haruna was quick to lap up the idea as the headline indicates.
Almost two weeks after that publication, when no appointment was coming his way, Haruna probably thought there was the need to assure the President, hence The Alhajj newspaper carried another story "Haruna Atta- Why I voted for John Mahama" (see Peacefmonline Jan.31, 2013.
We are into July and it seems my brother Haruna Attah is still waiting to be noticed by John Mahama, and this time he has taken a frontal attack at the NPP, calling it a rowdy party. So Mr President, please listen to Haruna Atta. He is assuring you that he has denounced the NPP and promises to be loyal to you and your non-rowdy NDC.
He has also not hidden the fact that his disenchantment with the NPP began when the NPP refused to make the late Alhaj Aliu Mahama its presidential candidate for 2008. However since you are a Northerner, and you made a call to all Northerners to vote for you as one of their own, he could not, but agree with you. So please Mr President, listen to Haruna Atta, and find him something noko fioo, or how do they put it?
Poscript. I am a Northerner, indeed a Dagomba like my brother Haruna Atta, but I did not support the bid of our late brother Alhaj Aliu Mahama for the NPP flagbearership in 2008. I wished he had not entered the race and my reason was the Dagbon crisis. Not that he was guilty of anything to do with the crisis, but the unresolved crisis was an albatross that would have made his candidature a more disastrous and humiliating adventure for him and the NPP. Remember that the total votes Alhaj Aliu got at the congress was not even up to a third of the number of delegates from the three Northern regions put together, and how do you become a winning presidential candidate when you do not have the support of your own backyard? Or did Haruna Atta want the NPP to hand pick the then vice-president as the flagbearer without going through the democratic process?
Even the NDC which you are now so enamored had to go through a presidential primary in 2011 when the sitting President was challenged. Of course we know they had no choice, because the challenger was the Founder’s wife, yet today they are using that challenge to brag about how democratic they are.
So my brother Haruna leave the former Vice-President out of your grievances against the NPP. Remember that even in spite of what you think was an injustice done him, the man himself was on the campaign trail with Dr Bawumia, the 2012 running mate when he was suddenly taken ill. So whilst you did not vote for the NPP because Aliu was not picked in 2008, Aliu was going to vote for the NPP inspite of that. That is why I say, please Mr Haruna Atta, leave Alhaj Aliu Mahama out of your grievances against the NPP and go seek your goodies.

You might be a member of a party and will not agree with all the values the party spews but you cannot be a chameleon changing colors when it suits you. Haruna is a man and he should be able to say he has changed party's instead of trying to please everybody for his daily bread. He should be careful about his position because only a fool in Ghana or anywhere does not have core beliefs.
