The petitioners have already indicated that they need only 1,500 pink sheets to be sustained by the court to bring the declared winner of the elections, John Mahama, below the 50% required to be elected president and 3,500 to overturn the declaration in favour of Nana Akufo-Addo.
That being the case why did they not present the so called 1,500 pink sheets to the Court. The issue at stake is not number of pink sheets.
Do clerical errors represent over voting which require the anullment of all the votes cast at the polling station? So is a zero cancelled still to be assumed as not cancelled such that 25 has to be read as 250?
Does the absence of a presideing officer's signature invalidate the outcome of the polling station? Does the law state that, that should be the case?
Do serial numbers of pink sheets form a unique security feature to identity a polling station such that any duplicated serial number calls for an anullment of the votes cast?
The NPP cannot jump to conclusions to assume that all these matters have been decided in their favour so all they need is 1,500 pink sheets.
The substantive case does not hold water so all these press releases seem amateurish.

NDC and JM Lawyers is given up hope to win. They believed Addison wouldnt cross exam the reports before Afari Gyan. They want to call the Petitioners liers not knowing Addison was waiting for them. They said the filed 11,000 pink sheets in the petition and they are right. What KPMG did was if they can trace a pink sheet they put it aside and Addison is telling every vote count.
If a vote is found in a ballot box should be counted and added as to get the correct number of the popular vote who voted for Nana. Rigging at a scale never seen in Ghana.
NDC govt is telling us something and we are not listening. They are saying Ghanaians are stupid, that is why they rigged the elections and steal our to share.
