During proceedings one could tell that some of the judges were being too sentimental and over ambitious in their pronouncements. For a judge to make a comment like" a mere you" was very unfortunate and hope that his Lordship Boney's attention will be drawn to that statement.There is nothing like a second class human being and they should also know that no one is perfect.

He is a "mere you". People in positions of authority based on political affiliations in Ghana should learn to guard their utterrances because they easily insite our uneducated brothers and sisters to violence and disrespect. He was reduced to a "mere you" but was on top of the world when he confidently vowed not to respect the courts decision if it went against the NDC. Then the other one thought he was right and 9 Supreme court judges were wrong to chastise and errant NPP's Awuku. Decided not repent and accept that all the examples he gave were after the touchline ban - 10 days was too little for him. He'll come out and start again - he should have been jailed till the end of the case.
This is a good lesson for everyone - the looooong arm of the law.....

How could the court act as a trier of fact and prosecutor? This runs afoul of the principle of separation of powers and threatens the liberty and rights of the citizens as the court has arrogated to itself the power to determine which pronouncements it favors or disdains and sua sponte , punish the latter. This smacks of autocracy, dictatorship and censorship. And yet these self proclaimed legal stars see nothing wrong with it. Very shameful and shocking!
