    Except those who tried to export narcotic drugs, all drug related cases especially possession or using marijuana must be thrown out. It is long over due!!!

    I believe the president got it wrong. Setting a prisoner free is a bad idea. These prisoner need to be monitored for at least 5-10 years. This what is call probation. Absolute freedom spells doom for Ghanaians.

    This is certainly a good measure, what I am not certain about is whether we have measures in place for intergration and rehabilitation. In the absence of these structures I am not certain how these freed prisoners will fare.
