The concept of proactive management is not part of the African and for that matter the Ghanaian manager or leader's managerial tools.
This is the appropriate time to rush through parliament to pass laws against inciting any form of violence be it political, tribal, ethnic, etc.
This Atugiba or whatever lacks intelligence, reasoning, exposure, looks semi-illiterate (holding a degree doesn't make you literate, it forms the basis of literacy in whatever you want to do).
All what this Atugiba has is the opportunity given to him by an NDC party made of the riffraffs of the Ghanaian society who by virtue the membership of the NDC get the chance to spew out rubbish.
The NDC party doesn't seem to operate with any morality when it comes to amassing wealth. They just want to be rich overnight hence they talk irrationally, nonsensically and illogically.
Just look at background of the rank and file of the party - ET Mensah, Ade Coker, Okudzeto Ablakwa, Atugiba, etc. What do all of these people have in common? Complete riffraffs and non-entities given political power.
We are watching to see what punishment ATUGUBA metes out to ATUGIBA. We will see how tribal and political affiliations and nepotism plays in this case.

The SC need only tune into OMAN FM to hear the rantlings of this disrectful MP, inciting violence and castigating the SC for perceived bias. He even likened the looks of one of them to "Amoakuwa", a squirrel. This was on Wednesday 26th June night. Is the SC afraid of him? When all other radio stations have toned down, OMAN FM has continued in negative and contemptious critisms of daily happenings at the SC that do not seem to be going the way of the petitioners and urging callers to phone in and insult. All that is needed is a tape recording of any of their shows and the evidence would be more than enough to jail the hosts and his discussants.

I would prefer a custodial sentence foe some of these idiots however short, to teach them a lesson that they cannot operate as if they are above the law with all their arrogance.

What sort of nation do we want to be if people (merely because of their political class or position) can behave as if they are in charge of the country or that it belongs to them more than the rest of the people?

They should all be dealt with and the court should be even harsher with them from now on.

In the mean time it seems the NPP propaganda machine has switched tact, now instead of attacking the judges (for which they know they will be sanctioned), they are accusing the NDC of "intimating the judges".

HAS ANYBODY PICKED THIS UP YET? Interesting politics. I just wonder where these two parties and their machinery really wish to take the country!!! God help us!

Here was a guy who when reminded that the leader of his party and President of the country, JDM, had publicly stated he would abide by any decision of the SC, shot back that the President could say what he wanted but he, Atubiga, would never accept any such thing, and Ghana could not contain all of us if the SC should ever come to a decision that does not favour his party.

Perhaps he thought that because his name sounds quite close to the President of the SC Panel of Justices he also had the power of Justice Atuguba. Now he's talking about the bottom of his heart. I don't believe he has any heart in the first place.

r but the judges in all humility are not GOD and should stop playing asuch,this is just clear how the ordinary ghanaian is bullied in the name of the judicary powers that be,now in the minds of the lay man no one is to say a word then ?that totally meand the media houses in the right are going to boycott high lighting on issues of the court proceedings .I IN MY OPINION WILL HAIL KEN A HERO WHO HAS BN ABLE TO SACRIFICE HIS FREEDOM IN THE FACES OF THOSE BULLYING AND HYPOCRITACAL WIG WEARING FRATERNITY,ALL THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND U IN ALL POINT OF REASONIG AND LOGIC WILL BE WITH U AND AM WITH U INCACERATING U DOES NOT MEAN THE TRUTH WILL BE TAKING AWAY FROM ,IT WILL BE SAID A HUNDREND TIMES IF THAT IS WAHT IS TO BE SAID JUST BE READY TO START GIVING ALL TRUTH SAYERS 10 DAYS BCOS THERE ARE MORE OF US IN LINE LONG LIVE KEN AM WITH U
