I thought these greedy politicians are educated but alas I was mistaken. How could they always go to public with their none-sense, loose talks when there is a case pending in court. The President of the Supreme Court should have silinced them a lopng time ago as, although I am not a lawyer, I believe this is prejudicial to the outcome of the case. Bravo, finally these fake politicians will keep their dirty mouthS shut. PERIOD. It is wrong for the president and any of his surrogates to make public comments about the on-going petition, whatever their private views. In my view, it bothers on contempt of the court for the president to make ANY reference to the on-going case and especially to suggest that he "will win the case". That smacks of over-confidence and a blatant disregard of the highest court of the land.

However much you think you have a strong case, as long as yuou are a named respondent to the case, you must not under any circumstances (even to your supporters) make utterances that are directly connected to the case. In the same way i have condemned Asiedu Nketiah for some of his comments.

The president must know that he is NOT above the law and MUST learn to behave himself properly at all times. Once again I applaud the supreme justices for spelling it out in no uncertain terms.

The president's utterances must be wholly condemned irrespective of context. It is unwise, prejudicial and frankly silly if you ask me.

Who are his advisers? What cautions and admonitions are they giving him. Trust me, I wouldn't tell the president "what he wishes to hear" if i were advising him. What do you lose by telling the president the truth about what he can and cannot say in these circumstances?
