Whatever that will happen to this dear nation of ours in the next 20yrs,should be put at the door step of Rawlings and his AFRC/PNDC/NDC.Why should the number of years in primary & secondary education be reduced without a corresponding growth in the economy. The youth are rushed through school and when they come out they don't find any work to do.Should we blame them when they become impatient? If we want to copy the advanced countries we have to do it well.

pepeni like all evil men in history is saying its God who gave him victory , Hitler , Stalin and all the intrinsically evil men including Satan also claimed the same. pepeni has put only his own Muslim pepefuo in charge of all key aspects of the nation and their main agenda is to recolonize the Akans so we are his slaves and servants . he has deceitfully used and abused the so called democratic process to achieve this. he is not interested in the welfare of the majority but to push into further poverty and misery the great nations of Akan so that his dimwitted pepeni idiots can handle things easier. today we are now in a feudal middle ages mentality era with no water , electricity or decent wages . any Akan who wishes to do anything good for his own people is frustrated bullied and mobbed by the state and called the worst of names if not thrown outright in jail or killed. championing his cause are the ayigbe who have mastered the art of the hatred of the Akans and together with the agenda of hegemony and chauvinism succeeded in making the lives of most Akans unbearable . let them know God is on our side and we shall win our freedom sooner than they think, long live the republic of Akan

Youth budget is a priority; it is the first infrastructure of Ghana.
Youth education and employment should not become a political football without a goal post.

A AS MUCH AS I ACCEPT THE VIEWS HERE EXPRESSED, I AM INCLINED TO BLAME OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM WHICH DOES NOT EQUIP SCHOOL LEAVERS WITH EMPLOYERABLE SKILLS. UNIV. GRADUATES DO NOT MEET INDUSTRY NEEDS, TECHNICAL SCHOOLS CONCENTRATE ONLY ON THEORY AND COMMERCIAL SCHOOL LEAVERS HAVE PRACTICAL EXPERIENCES THAT MAKE THEM SUITABLE FOR EMPLOYMENT. UNFORTUNATELY THE EMPLOYER IS NOT PREPARED TO TRAIN THEM ON THE JOB BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY ACQUIRE SKILLS THEY RUN AWAY ELSEWHERE FOR HIGHER REMUNERATION. ALL THESE CONTRIBUTE TO THE PLIGHT OF THE YOUTH.

Wo told ya that GoG owes anyone a livelihood? The youth behind RLG are just like any other Ghanaians and even the likes of microsoft,Google,Apple,Facebook and Tumblr were all started by youths without govt involvement.Surely the lack od jobs in Ghana for the youth is not really a lack of jobs but a lack of innovative minds just looking to be employed without too much effort. Why look to be employed when you can think really hard and start your own firm and rake in the dough and the fame?

The NPP has infused in the youth that they need to die for the party to get "unavailable" jobs and "free" money.

Until NDC took power, the situation was better. Poor management of the then growing economy by the Mills administration quickly eroded all gains made by the then Kufuor's government. Instead of adding on to what they came to find, they rather started looting what was readily available. Naked robbery by party echelons of national assets, corruption was institutionalized, coupled with nepotism and tribalism. Unqualified foot-soldiers were placed in sensitve positions of national developement albeit round pecks in square holes. When the people raised their voices to the unrelenting corruption and incompetence prevailing under the then Mills administration, a plan was set in motion. They knew their end-time was fast approaching so decided to eliminate Mills under serious questionable circumstances. Ghanaians had had enough of the NDC rot and were bent on showing them the exit, but the Pepe-Ayigbe confederacy in connivance with Afari 'Corrupt' Gyan had to rig the elections to stay out of a possible investigations and subsequent prosecution and imprisonment. Here we are today-the youth of the country with no sense of direction. We have become like reeds in the wind, blown anywhere. There is not a single minister with a good sense of judgment. Let them hear and know that our cup of toleration is full and immediate action is needed. We are now a time-bomb ready to explode at any given time T, where T is constant. That will be the day of reckon for these good for nothing people.

When JJ became the leader or president, how many jobs did he create and how many did he destroy? The senselessness and stupid policies he pursued, is having a serious consequences on us. Also, we have to empower the youth being one of his slogan, has many meanings. Empowering the youth should come with responsibility; meaning, there should be jobs etc for them because without jobs, what exactly should be the norm? The youth cannot sit idle and expect manna from the sky.
That said, successful governments have also failed to put structures in place to address the rot created by JJ. When we talk about the youth, some leaders or political leaders do not sit down and reason as what the future of the nation will be if the youth are not taken care of.
"Satan always use the idle hand". When the youth is idle that is when they engage in all sort of anti social activities. As we speak, thousands of collage students are on the street without jobs and then there comes Satan to use such idles hand to cause mayhem and anything that will wreck havoc on a serene atmosphere.
