    Why not hand over the energy sector to the IMF to run since they seem to know better? I thought Ghana was said to be in the lower middle income status already? Did we slide back? Or we never attained that status?

    Ghanaians won't have any problems paying increased tariffs once they are paid enough to warrant such increases. How about the jobless, should they be denied electricity, water and telephone services?
