I cannot see any glory in anyone trying to make cheap political capital in this matter. As indeed we now know from Isofoton themselves, this matter started DURING the Kufuor administration and Isofoton had an "agreement" with the Kufuor administration who "PROMISED" them.

When did this become an issue between Amidu and the Mahama administration and where is the "shambles" you speak of in the Mahama administration? By the way, why have you not given credit to the "Mahama administration" and the president for the anti-corruption drive which has already claimed a number of culprits from e.g. the Tema Port, and the Accra International Airport?

Don't you think that we should all take advantage of this ruling to scrutinise what has gone on in BOTH NDC and NPP governments and seek a more transparent, honest and corruption-less business atmosphere in the country?

Why do people like Ebo Quansah (who is old enough to know better) stooping so low as part of their stock-in-trade? It is disgraceful and not proper journalism to only see things in the negative and only seek to tie or embarrass government (of any colour) with corruption when you can help in other ways to EDUCATE and INFORM the public about ways in which we can all contribute to a better environment for business and the affairs of state!!!

I find it unpatriotic for people of Ebo Quansah's standing in society to continue to 'bash' ONLY, instead of suggesting ways in which we can do better. What is wrong with working in the interest of the State for once? I simply don't get it, and perhaps the likes of Ebo Quansah have been around too long, have remained indisciplined under the guise of journalism and continue to set a very bad example for today's students of journalism!!! God help their students. In the days of military regimes when you could talk of 'brutalities' and 'unfair' behaviours' and excesses, we all rallied and wanted to see a change.

I believe we now have an environment and a platform to be fairminded, honest and report things properly in the interests of national development. Ebo Quansah unfortunately continues to FAIL in this regard and it is not only pitiful, but frankly disingenuous when in his heart of hearts, he SHOULD surely know what the truth is, for after all, Ebo Quansah is not that stupid!!!

Why did the gov't for the first time in the nation's history made provisions for judgement debts in the National Budget?

If indeed Pres Mahama has any anti-corruption drive as you claim, why was it only Amidu fighting the case for Ghana and not the gov't? Why has no arrest been effected till today regarding those who wrongfully settled Waterville, Isofotone and Woyome, or the NPP officials for that matter if truly their actions caused Ghana to lose money? Why has Mahama not responded to Amidu's allegations of serious corruption in his gov't and his connections regarding the jets and hangers and the committee set by the late Mills? Or you think that is not important?

Have you realized that lately the NDC has stopped talking about corruption?

You see Mr Amuna, you failed woefully to point out to any falsity in Ebo Quansah's article despite so many invectives on him. Everything he mentioned is already in the public domain and the sad thing is the President who has the "drive" to clamp down on corruption has not deemed it necessary to furnish Ghanaians with answers. Can you imagine this happening in UK? I believe that is where you live?

You see not all of us are gullible. If the NPP had committed this despicable and evil crime against Ghana, I wouldn't for once try to rope another party in and create the impression that they're also to blame. We vote for a gov't to make things right, not to complicate the supposed wrong and try to drag others with them in the blame.
