    THEY CAME,THEY SAW CASH AND OIL MONEY LEFT BY KUFOUR, THEY PAID OUT TO THOSE WHO WOULD RETURN IT TO THEM (bribe), JUST LIKE THE RIGGING THEY FELT THAT WAS THE END.
