Even though the supreme court judges deferred to the lower courts to decide on Woyome, they fired a critical salvo against lawyers in the cases- Peasah Boadu for Waterville, Osafo Buabeng for Woyome, Tony Lithur for Austro Invest and maybe Ekow Awoonor who acted as sole mediator between parties with then AG Betty Mould Iddrissu.
The counsel for John Mahama,Tony Lithur, at the supreme court election petition case was part of the woyome scam that stole millions of Euros from Ghana. This is SICK- NDC must go.

pepeni like all evil men in history is saying its God who gave him victory , hitler , stalin and all the intrinsically evil men including satan also claimed the same. pepeni has put only his own muslim pepefuo in charge of all key aspects of the nation and their main agenda is to recolonize the Akans so we are his slaves and servants . he has deceitfully used and abused the so called democratic process to achieve this. he is not interested in the welfare of the majority but to push into further poverty and misery the great nations of Akan so that his dimwitted pepeni idiots can handle things easier. today we are now in a feudal middle ages mentality era with no water , electricity or decent wages . any Akan who wishes to do anything good for his own people is frustrated bullied and mobbed by the state and called the worst of names if not thrown outright in jail or killed. championing his cause are the ayigbe who have mastered the art of the hatred of the Akans and together with the agenda of hegemony and chauvinism succeeded in making the lives of most Akans unbearable . let them know God is on our side and we shall win our freedom sooner than they think, long live the republic of Akan

Ghana is definately in a seriuos post-election crisis, as NDC thugs continue to cause problems. The mood in Ghana is a very sad one, as John Mahama and his NDC continue deceive Ghanaians. Things continue to fall apart for Ghanaians. The NDC thugs are all over the country causing mayhem. John Mahama too continue to annoy people with his untterances about the election and the dubiuos declaration made by Afari-Gyan that enabled him to become president.
Many people are waiting patiently for the Supreme Court's ruling on the election petition case before it. People want justice to be done, because election fraud is a seriuos crime. John Mahama's bogus statements is giving the NDC youth the power or the fuel to do crazy things. His loose statements may be part of the reason why these NDC thugs think they can do what they want, since to them: "our govt is in power" so they could do turn the country up-side-down!

This is a sad day for our great country. I put the blame on the doors of bad media practices, bad politics and politicians, and selfish multi-nationals. The under educated youth of Ghana are like a volcano waiting to irrupt and for a while now the seemingly educated have been doing everything to speed that irruption.
Ghana can make it, but with patience and great thinking not unnecessary criticism and self interest.
We are a nation of a common destiny and guess what! whiles we fight and destroy ourselves, the great foreign robbers are shipping away our God given resources.
Watching the protesters just marvels me at the great ignorance among the people.
Firstly, they are burning pollutants and breathing in toxic that will end their lives before they even reap what they are fighting for. Most of the youth are calling for violence and not considering they could become victims over night.
Having grown up in Accra as an Ashanti, I am not surprised this is happening. The leaders of Accra for years sold all their lands for peanuts and never considered the future of their children. I refuse to dwell on the problems, I encourage the President and government to try and source out a good way to bring jobs back to the troubled areas. Stop giving people free money. These are young able bodies who could work so use the money to create jobs, however little it is and by so doing create a sense of nationhood and self endeavour in them.
Let us change our priorities and this starts with the media. Our great fathers and mothers walked miles to get what they wanted and building of roads was not their main priorities. Most of these communities will not fight to protect their schools, why?
My other advice to government is to watch the movement of guns and weapons around the country. Some of these problems are foreign and we must begin to check our borders seriously.
To the youth, I say vote wisely the next time around. When you vote for people because of what you get over night or because you like that person other than his or her ideas or policies, you turn Parliament into a concert room with no contribution to the community and the future of yourself nor your children.
We have to learn from the Ga story that when you run out of resources the consequences could be catastrophic and so governments must stop their over reliance on foreign Aid, partnership and shipping away our resources. We will end up buying them back on high purchase.
When we run out, there will be crisis worse than this.
We have over 25 million brains, let us start to think of what has God put in that brain. Believe me there's something there although it will take a while to discover. Think and God bless Ghana.

President John Mahama has said his victory in Ghana's 2012 presidential poll was “ordained by the Lord”.
He says the divine nature of his electoral victory is the cause of the main opposition New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) befuddlement, especially because he campaigned for just 40 days.
President Mahama made the comment when he joined Christian Worshippers of the Mount Horeb Prayer Centre at Mamfe in the Eastern Region to mark the church’s 20th anniversary on Sunday, June 23, 2013.
He is the first respondent in the ongoing election petition case in which the 2012 Presidential Candidate of the NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the party’s National Chairman Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey are challenging the election results at the Supreme Court.
The Electoral Commission and the governing National Democratic Congress are the other two respondents.
The president’s latest statement on his electoral victory is the third since the Supreme Court started hearing the matter in April.
He recently told party supporters on June 10, 2013 at the NDC’s headquarters in the national capital, Accra that he won the polls “cleanly and fairly” and therefore expressed confidence that the Supreme Court will re-affirm that victory. He took an avalanche of flak for making that statement vis-à-vis the hearing of the matter in court.
The NPP’s General Secretary, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, accused him of intimidating the Supreme Court with his comments.
Former President of the Ghana Bar Association, Sam Okudzeto also condemned the statement as “very very unfortunate”.
Earlier, the president had expressed similar confidence in a BBC interview.
The petitioners claim the elections were fraught with malpractices, statutory violations and gross manipulation which cannot go uncontested.
Mr. Mahama, however, remains confident that the Supreme Court will re-affirm his victory at the end of the hearing.
The court resumes sitting on Monday June 24, 2013.
