Just say we are NPP activists living in England and stop hiding your faces. I think it is hard time we stop this nonsense. When EC declared elections for Kuffour, it was fair, but to a opposition, there was rigging. Why this foolish mindset ? Then we should consider and keep it that Kuffour also won the election wrongly under the same circumstances bcos EC's basic electoral procedures had not changed from time in memorial. MASSA, lets reason up.

Before we go ahead we must clarify that we are not in anyway connected to the writer, any group or party. We are independent think-thanks concerned with the progress of Ghana.
The revelations from the cross examinations, the fumbling of Dr Afari-Gyan, and the admission he has made, give reason to believe a foul deal.
There are still unanswered questions as we are all watching and reading. Please be objective for the sake of a better Ghana.

Adwoa Dompreh, if, as you put it, the "2012 general election was totally marred with unprecedented electoral violations, malpractices and irregularities", what about the elections won by former President J.A.Kufuor? Could that not, also, be found wanting? After all, both elections (2000-2004 and 2004-2008, respectively), which were won by President K.A.Kufuor, were supervised and the results declared by the same Electoral Commissioner, Dr Afari Gyan, who has been said not to be trusted, as were the election results won by both Professor J.Atta-Mills, of blessed memory and Mr J.D.Mahamah!

As far as we understand, Ms Adwoa Dompreh did not just "put it". She is analysing based on the evidence submitted by the NPP to the SC; the response from the evidence-in-Chief Dr. Afari-Gyan, and many other factors. If anybody feels that there were premeditated frauds in any previous elections, bring out your proofs. We must all try to be objective and deal with this problem to correct it and pave the way for the true progress of Ghana. It does not matter Mahama or Akufo-Addo. What matters is the true winner and the democratic rights of the pweople.

The truth is what we want to hear from the SC. We Ghanaians want to know our President from the face of the pink sheet, since is the primary source of election declaration.

All those who have given these 'nation-wreckers' the latitude to propagate this sort of nonsense for close to six months now!
Can anyone imagine what would have happened in this country if NDC supporters had responded to many of the needless provocations we have all witnessed since the elections?
Because of the inordinate desire for power a small fraction of the population is doing everything and anything it can to disrupt the peace and tranquility our nation has enjoyed since independence, why?
Imagne how they have treated dissenting voices from within, and have resorted to all kinds of pressure tactics to intimidate our SC Justices hearing their bogus petition!

If this had happened in a developed country, Afari-Gyan would have been indicted long ago. Indeed, Dr Afari-Gyan and anyone who had a hand in it would have been judged and jailed, some for life. Tampering with the democratic right or popular decision of a people is a serious crime that carries a serious punishment. In Ghana, however, people in places of trust are not afraid to commit such heinous crimes because from record, they know they will almost always be exonerated, somehow. It is no secret that the EC head abused his office so much beyond the brim. We agree that Dr. Afari Gyan had lots of responsibilities but they were all leading to ensuring that the elections go fair. Sadly, after many years of planning the election went such badly that it demeans Ghana. Worse, he still shamelessly, without conscience and stubbornly refuses to admit what every reasoning human on the planet earth knows to be true.
This s not surprising.
According to people with inside knowledge, premeditated election fraud has been going on since 1992 under the watchful eyes, or possibly with the knowledge of, and perhaps the connivance of Dr Afari-Gyan. Unbeknown to him and his clicques, the introduction of the Biometric machine was to be a game changer. We must overcome partisan politics and confront the problem, deal with it, and correct the mistakes for a better Ghana.
