I think the biggest mess or problem NDC has created for Ghana is the precedence they have set in the selection of govt appointees. Listening to the argument of some of them, you clearly appreciate their level of incompetence and inexperience. They have made the market so large for incompetent party faithfuls which will linger on even after NDC is off the scene. It will be great if other parties that come to power, will stand up to the challenge to offer appointments to well-deserving and competent party people. How can people who have no formal work experience leap to the position of ministers? It is strange!
