Before he came, Ghanaians trooped to Nigeria for greener pastures. Nigeria was the America of Africa. 1 million Ghanaians were forced back to Ghana, including prominent men like the vice President, Osafo-Marfo and co.

Gradually, through hard-leadership & a no-nonsense approach, Ghana recovered. Ghanians no longer had to travel to Nigeria. Nigerians rather troop to Ghana.

But a s politician, the more u stay in power, the more u make enemies of people who want to sit on your thrown but cannot. Hatred, lies, fabrication of stories against him became the order of the day. Anyways, some of us still hold him in high esteem.
