what have the motorbikes done? Were they on road by themselves or by the owners? Why don't you give a fine to the owners as it is done everywhere in the world or send them to court? NONSENSE INDEED

Can't these bikes be put in use in one way or the other? After all our police men and health workers in the rural areas who don't have means of ,coulb use them instead of destroying them.
