This NPP gangya directorate i don't know whether they don't watch the proceddings. Doc, said the mistakes on the uppper part of the form which is called statement of polls; the C1 which says how ballots were issued to voters on the polling register is not always the same as C3 which says:What is the number of ballots issued to voters verified by the use of FORM 1C but not the BVD. He saying because the political parties agreed on no verification no vote the presiding officers were told not to fill that C3 because you can only fill C3 when you have verified the person with form 1C and not the BVD and any case there was no form 1C at any polling station in the country during the election day so how did a presiding officer verified the person with form 1C hence any value at C3 column shouldn't have been there. In addition he had earlier explained the reason why C3 was put there was to capture some eligible Ghanians whose biometric data were capture but the EC could not retrieved. Hence they decided to the FORM 1C which the part left after your voter ID CARD had been made from it. There then made provision on the pink sheet accounting to give chance to those who by no effort of theirs do not have thier name on the biometric register. This means that those people would not have their name on the biometric data hence C1 those not cover them. Those errrors as he said could not have been corrected before the decalaration and even if there were corrected wouldn't have had any toll the results declared. Because the C3 was suppose to be filled and that collapsed your claim of people who voted without biometric machine verification.

From the mouth of the man who supervised the 2012 elections and subsequently wrongly announced the winner he did not check a single error for corrections before rushing to wrongly declare the winner of the 2012 Presidential elections for reasons only known to him and "woyomenized" criminal pay masters.

This is a huge shame to the likes of the master criminal of Nigeria, Olunsengu Obasanjo and hugely make the wrongfully declared "President" Mahama uncomfortable and embarrassed.

I think the NPP has done enough to bring to bare and exposed all the diabolical thievery plans of Nana Agya Afari Djan and his criminal pay masters.

Everyday for the thief and one day for the master. In this case every Ghanaian who voted is the master and therefore we are all winners over falsehood.

Dr has explained the the pink sheet and you are confused. Dr said the reason why the C3 column was placed in the pink sheet was because some people who legimately registered during the registration excercise data could not be retrieved during the final compilation. Hence they decided to put in C3 on the pink sheet which reads what is the number of ballots issued to voters verified by the use of FORM 1C but not the use of BVD so as not to disenfrachanise Ghanaians who have ID card but may not vote on the election day becuase their data will not be in the biometric data. However after consultation with the political parties the parties decided not to allow it hence the EC went back to to do a mop up registration excercise for the said Ghanaians. Prior to that the pink sheet had already been printed with C3 in it. Therefore they told thier returning officers and prsiding officer not to fill the C3 column or put zero there because it was of no used. In any case can your party proved who was verified with FORM 1C becuase thus what the statement says. There was nobody who was verified with form 1C hence how could your rely on the last part of that sentence but not the whole sentence to make meaning. It is on this the Judge asked whether those errors of filling C3 was corrected before declaration and Dr. Afari Gyan said no. in any case that column value is unimportant.That misatke or errors those not affect the results declared at the polling of the polling agents signed. He further stated in ballot accounting if the C3 were to filled you are supposed to add C3 AND C1 so as to get the total ballots issued to voters not only on the pollling register but those verified by the use of FORM 1C cos what is on the BVD is on the biometric register.

Was the lunch more important the ssue at stake? Are they in a boarding house whereby a bell is rang at specific times for dinner? Look, people sit through meetings for hours to get problems solved. We have observed that wheneveer a witness is hot at such times Atuguba uses the lunch break to bail the person out only for the witness to consult their lawyers on how to answer. This was done to Bawumiah, Asiedu Nketsiah and now Afari Djan. This must be stopped for people want the truth.
AS to whether objections sustained or over-ruled we getting to know the truth. Double voting has been established in both foreign and local registration. Is Afari Djan telling us that his techical staff are inconperence to eliminate double registration in the database? Except this is true then there is mischief somewhere.
The lieing in this case is too much. That from EC boss is so appalling. Even his classical definition of over vote did not hold water. His lies was compounded by Asiedu Nketsiah since he has to go by what Asiedu Nketsiah said. A whole intellectual and a boss of EC does not know where the pink sheet were printed, and he does not know how the pink sheets arrived in Ghana. The security of the voting maetrials too was not important to him. How? The whole world is watching and some countries are jotting down all the issues at hand. There are more issues undicovered but if it will surface it go a long way to help Ghana in future.
SC should not use any tenicalities in the outcome of the case. Let the people vote again to determine their presidents be it Mahama or Akuffo Addo for peace to prevail and for things to go on well in Ghana.

You know what, don't let it pain you that Afari Djan have fallen from grace to grass. Contributors from NDC are now saying that same Afari Djan who is been painted devil by NPP declared them twice winners in 2000 and 2004 elections. Meaning that Afari Djan manipulates election results to whom he favors which don't speak well about him. With all our bigotry and other vices, at the end of the day Ghanaians act like goats when they are fighting. They may raise the issue in gargantuan way and settle it amicably. We thank God for that because Afari Djan had almost plunge the nation into aftermath election disturbances. We hope the next EC Boss will take this as a lesson and think about country first, have it at heart rather than serving an individual or a political party.

ADISON YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT THOSE ERRORS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NUMBER OF VOTES CAST AT THE POLING STATIONS: entries on the pinksheet could be misplaced but the results were the same for each political Party that was the reason why all the Party agents signed without protesting

Based on reliable information from insiders who wish to remain anonymous, we have always suspected, election upon election, that preplanned election frauds have been going on at least since 1992, with the knowledge and possibly, connivance of Dr Afari-Gyan. The BVM only aided in exposing his otherwise unsuspecting insidious disrespect for Ghanaians and their right to genuinely choose their leader.
We respect Dr Afari-Gyan as an elderly man.
Ghanaians thank Dr. Afari-Gyan for heading the EC for the past 20 years and "overseeing" elections, but it would be disgraceful, humiliating and backward-thinking for Ghanaians to thank him for the fraudulent elections; knowing or having reasons to believe that he has over the years overlooked, acquiesced to or participated in intermittent election fraud; a serious perversion of justice against Ghanains.
We challenge anybody who doubts this to another level: Ghana should introduce lie-detecting machine (even if only for this purpose) and pose this question to Dr Afari-Gyan and we would be vindicated. We were sad to hear Dr Nkrumah say that election rigging in Ghana is like gonorrhea...we have to live by it. We refuse that. Ghanaians can cure it and improve upon it. Let us put put partisan politics aside, let us come out boldly and objectively to confront the so called gonorrhea so that it becomes history.
If Ghana's judicial system can allow Afari-Gyan to enter a plea bargain - and if he is ready to do that for the sake of a better Ghana - he could expose many things, even from 1992, that could help us improve the electoral system.
