So, the way he's going, I can predict the following outcomes:
1) That the Supreme Court “may” side with the petitioners; because the EC boos aka "Ninkyiama" has admitted that several errors occurred during the 2012 presidential & parliamentary elections;
2) That Dr. Afari Gyan has dutifully and courageously WORKED himself out of his job. Why? Because he has shown a great deal of incompetence as the boss & soon he will reach the Avenue; and
3) That If he does not QUIT himself, pressure will mount on the government to REMOVE him from the position and be replaced with somebody else.

Even my illiterate grandmother would have told you how many packs of 25s, 50s and 100s she ordered and how many she received! I would bet you are viewing the wrong case! Afari Gyan, after all his international recognition, cannot give the court a rounded figure of the number of ballot papers he ordered. And if he was not the rude person he has proved to be, he would have taken time to check these and other figures since the case began. Unless he is so foolish that he could not foresee any good lawyer going leading him in that direection. He is in one breath telling the court he had ordered the printing of the stationary long before he knew the number of candidates that would appear on the stationary, and in another he is saying he completed the order after the filing of nomination papers (or something to that effect).
Afari is a confused person in the witness box. In order to protect the lies Asiedu Nketia told the court, Afari Gyan has brought on himself this shame of shame! May his sould rest in peace one day!!

I am not a judge but to hear NPP saying let us annul over 4 million votes is absurd. Sometimes the over vote is just one but they want to use this technicality to annul the results. Do they think about the majority who had to queue for days in order to cast their votes? Why should they be punished for someone else's mistake? Do they know how much it will cost the nation to re-run the election? If presiding officers did not do their jobs well they should simply bring them to account or sent them to jail. Akuffo Addo must realise that losing election is not the biggest loss in life. To me the biggest loss is when one is incapacitated to enjoy things he likes. He should embark on things he has control over like; his own business and not election that depends solely on people because you cannot be sure that your own wife voted for you. Akuffo Addo must take a good lesson from Al Gore and the good work he is doing for this world. Akuffo Addo sees presidency as a privilege rather than serving his country. There are a lot of people helping Ghana in their own ways without seeking political glory. Akuffo Addo stands to gain a lot by accepting defeat than to be defeated in court.

What about if the election had gone to the second round? If the EC did not print extra ballots how were they going to conduct a second round of elections?
