What about if the election had gone to the second round? If the EC did not print extra ballots how were they going to conduct a second round of elections?

  • Ken Ntiamoa 12 years ago

You mean to say that the excess of 1.4 million ballot papers would be used in second balloting? How, why? Would that be enough for 14 million registered voters?

  • BK 12 years ago

No, my question is if the election had gone to a second round would new ballots be printed just for the second round? I am trying to understand what is going on.
