In support of the above objective, Enterprise Group has unified its diverse range of business under a single brand identity. Building on our success in the general and life insurance fields, we have branched out into pensions management and real estate, and plans further expansion into financial services.

About Enterprise Group
Enterprise Group Ltd on 24th November 2010 became the holding company of Enterprise Insurance, Enterprise Life, Enterprise Trustees (a Pensions subsidiary) as well as Enterprise Properties (a Real Estate subsidiary).
Enterprise Insurance Co. Ltd was established in 1924 and is the oldest insurance company in Ghana. Enterprise Insurance was listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) in 1991 becoming the first insurance company to be publicly listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
In the year 2000, Enterprise Life was incorporated through a partnership between Enterprise Insurance and African Life brought together with the International Finance Corporation. In 2001, the Board of Enterprise Insurance in Partnership with Sanlam (of South Africa) formed Enterprise Life. Enterprise Life has had impressive growth since 2001 and currently is the second biggest Life Assurance Company.
Enterprise Group was recently awarded Superbrand status by the Superbrands Council of Ghana, which is part of the Superbrands Organisation worldwide.
Enterprise Life has been adjudged CIMG Life Insurance Company of the year, ranked the No. 1 in the Financial Services Sector and the 3rd most prestigious company in Ghana among other awards. Currently, Enterprise Life has presence in the Gambia.
Enterprise Insurance is rated 11th on the Ghana Club 100, making it the highest rated General Insurance Company in the country. Enterprise Insurance is also ranked A+ for Claims Paying Ability, by Global Credit Rating of South Africa, the company responsible for rating about 80% of Africa’s companies.
