    What do you mean by "forge pink sheets"? I thought the pink sheets were collected by the party agents on the same day of voting so how could someone forge it?

    If the Presiding Officer forgot to sign but the Party Agents present signed and these agents can be identified and they testify that the recorded results are correct, then there shouldn't be a problem.
