A single nation, Japan, can donate $32 billion to an entire continent and leaders of this shameful continent do not ponder how and why they cannot generate such funds to support themselves.
What is the exact problem with Africans? Are we humans with brains like others? Now, what do we do with all these loans? Imagine if the leaders of these nations that donate such huge monies to us, are as corrupt, greedy, dishonest, useless, stupid, foolish, selfish like us, where will they get the money for us to support us?
Isn't it about time we stop whatever we are doing and question ourselves as to what is the problem with us? If and if these loans will go towards their intended purposes but I doubt. The accounts of our leaders will be swelled instantly. Look at Ghana, how many loans have we taken to construct Accra-Kumasi road and what is the state of this road? What happened to such loans and have we been able to hold someone responsible as to why this road is still not constructed?

Pelicles, you are absolutely right. If you read my earlier comment, you will see me doing exactly that -questioning and asking people to think. Why would GNA lie to readers about how much the money is. Do we really need it? why were there 40 African leaders in Japan at the same time with their begging bowls. Do we need to focus on educating children to love the continent in the future or are we doing more in terms of education. Do we need to create our own economic ideologies or continue to step by step follow the white man, who in truth is trying to understand life themselves. Do we need to throw away all our values or abandon the bad values. We can go on and on, but like you said, it is time to call a halt and take stock. It is not working.

I SAY AGAIN THE AMOUNT IS $ 14 BILLION not $32 BILLION as reported by the GNA. where did GNA get its source from. I was at the Opening Ceremony when PM Abe announced the package.
GNA is even reporting it several days late. This was announced last FRIDAY !!

Africa alone has more than 50% of the whole world's wealth, however it is the poorest. Our leaders keep begging and telling us nonsense every time.
Since our independence till now westerners are "helping us" through their fiancial and technical assistance but we are still poor.
We don't understand that the development itself has a color and is full of racism. are the north african countries richer than sub-Saharan countries? why in the same continent there are so much disparities?
Black african countries will never develop if they do not count on their own means and resources. no assistance, no aid, nobody will develop Africa in lieu of its children. Africa must wake up and leave its leaders with their billions and billions.
We don't trust these leaders and their white friends. white men are devils and nobody can provide me with a contrary evidence.
Let's the white men leave Africa alone and you will see if Africa will develop or not. white people are helping themselves and not Africa.

Thank yo Japan,BUT PLEASE MONITOR THE USE of the money YOURSELF because I DON'T TRUST our leaders! They'll end up ordering EXPENSIVE 4x4s and part of the money DIVERTED INTO PRIVATE ACCOUNTS!!The Infra-structure will STILL NOT be AVAILABLE but the money GONE !!!
