The others include the voters ID card, personal ID and Name on the Voters Register at that polling station. So, denying a potential voter with all the other IDs, would be disenfranchising them.. Hence, the statement by the president to allow those having difficulty with the machines to vote..

If the electoral law says 'no biometric verification no vote' and by implication verification by a machine, how can a lawyer whose role is to uphold the law say that 'small machines cannot deny qualified voters from voting' when qualified voters are registered and verified voters (by machine). This view of a lawyer is a contradiction; the only qualified voter is a biometrically (small machine) verified one. These people so called learned do not make any sense, for party reasons

Both the NPP and NDC are all saying what they want to hear and what will please their followers and sympathizers. It is the EC that conducted the elections and in my view the most important witness is neither Dr. Bawumia nor Mr. Asiedu (who want power desperately)but the EC witness who is entering the witness box today. Is he coming to tell the court that yes, they allowed voters to vote without biometric verification? Will he tell us that they cynically created ghost polling stations? Will he confirm NPP's assertion that there were instances where more people voted than they were in the voters registry and yet they went ahead and declared the result? Will they attest to NPP's earlier allegation that they deliberately reduced Nana's votes and padded Mahama's in order to make Mahama the winner and subsequently the president? I heard an NPP activists this morning bragging that the EC witness is going to tear Mr. Asiedu's testimony in court into shreds! And I just couldn't imagine the level of thinking of the guy! Have you ever heard this? That when your mum is dead and your neighbours draw your attention to it and offer to help you bury her and you insist that she is in a sleep, you are not only deceiving yourself but that you will end up burying your dead mum all alone! I simply can't imagine where NPP is drawing its hopes of winning this court case from?

Most people give words of comfort and blessings on their death beds. We read from the 'Big Book' of our christian brothers that just before Isaac died, he blessed his two sons, Jacob and Essau. Jacob blessed his twelve sons and his two grandsons - Manasseh and his brother. Moses blessed the people and leaders of Israel, etc, etc. This has been happening consistently throughout history till this day.
However, there have been occassions when some people have been gagged just before they die because of the vile that would otherwise have issued from their mouths. Asiedu Nketiah had to be gagged before he brought more disgrace on the NDC. In fact, Tsatsu, who tried vigourously for some 15 days to extract some evidence from Bawumiah without much success had the opportunity to use Asiedu Nketiah for that purpose, but after two days of exchanges, he realised it was better he shelved whatever evidence he had wanted to extract from Asiedu Nketiah for fear his attempts would backfire. This Amaliba guy should know we are all watching proceedings and can make up our own minds. If Amaliba wants to claim Asiedu Nketiah's performance as worthy of his status, then we rest our case, our Lords!

Dr Afar-Djan in his very last statement for today said "the Form C3", the only other means by which a voter could have been verified at the polling station, was NOT supposed to be there in the first place. The parties did not agree to it.

So first question, how did it get to some polling stations and secondly, why was it used at some polling stations if the use of any other means than the biometric machine, was prohibited?

Dr Afri-Djan has exposed the idiocy and trite of Asiedu Nkasee. It is really going to be interesting next week.
