The moment there is an arrest by the BNI which has no business in a misdemeanor, the case assumes unusual dimensions. In as much as many people find the posting as offensive, there not much the courts can even do. Hmmm, that is part of democracy and there is nothing we can do about that.
A point of interest. Is it true that Akuffo Addo was also painted in that spectrum? Is he a citizen of Ghana? What did the BNI and other security agency do about such a portrayal? Now we see where we are?

It can be pinned on him if he started it and if he even contributed to it or made a statement which made it go viral because of his political status. People have been prosecuted all over the world for postings on such sites and incriminating evidence on those sites can be traced and easily traced to computers as they all have IP addresses, event management consoles etc. These NPP lawyers are very narrow minded! No wonder bawumia has taken them for fools and they keep following him and talking about his presentation based on an opinionated analysis of shallow mindedness. The NPP legal luminaries are outright computer illiterates thinking everybody has their village mentality and thoughts.
