    If NDC party cadres have agreed to become trained disaster managers so be it because they are Ghanaians and when disaster strikes they will help all Ghanaians and not NDC members only.

    Purtuphy are you serious? Not long ago you said Nadmo has no money to pay for any disaster which might happen to the country but all of a sudden you have money to send officials for training abroad. Where is the money going t ...

    Useless, waste of funds. NADMO is just an unmbrella body to direct during disasters. Fire Officils, Military , police, doctors etc are supposed to be doing the operations proper. This is duplication used to finance NDC footso ...
