If this explanation is what qualifies Asiedu, the palm wine to become a candidate for EC boss then God have mercy on Ghana.

The NDC has now been caught up in its own propaganda and they seriously believe in it now; a goat is a cow and black is white; it has really clounded their thinking and they don't know what is wrong and what is correct anymore. To define over voting as the number of voted ballots exceeding the number of registered voters implies that there will never be over voting even if those registered to vote but did not vote were fraudulently provided ballot papers to be stuffed in the box on their behalf without their knowledge. THAT IS TRAGIC.

Coming to court to give and preach a layman's view of the electoral process makes you an authority of the EC laws is a joke. This MP is not qualified to represent any district in the country. Ideas and thoughts of this nature demonstrates a lack of knowledge in the basics of law for him ( MP ) to carry into, and help make laws in parliament for Ghanaians. We need bright parliamentarians who think beyond their party lines when it comes to making critical pronouncements of this nature. Waving a flag or handkerchief in court is definitely not a qualification for the position of an EC.
