When can this administration tell the truth wneh the President is saying the country is broke and his finance Minister is telling us the country is on a sound footing financially.

We could not expertise to build the nation, but can expertise to fighjt disaster? Let a lone common food production, medicine, water, underground sanitation, fight against malaria and so on. I will always say this, the only time our police and organizations like this will do good is when we invite specialists into our country to help other than relying on these selfish power hungry bastards renewing their old ways every time they take office. I feel pity for president Mahama because most of the people around him are very very selfish and money plus power hungry.

This is not what is required of institutional heads in 21st century GH. Proactiveness is what is required. People should be educated on what not to do and what to do in times of disaster. When roofs get blown off, it is not enough to provide mats, drinking cups and ocassionally roofing sheets. Show the people how to cheaply re-roof their houses in a way to withstand storms. That is what a country wishing to move on does. For all you know, the present system only benefits a few nadmo officials and their politician cronies
