When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

There is too much tension in the country. The situation is like a lighted match being drawn towards gun powder. Explosion !!!
The SC should not rule in favour of any party. Already there seems like the Judges at the supreme court are showing some sort of partisanship. In such a situation it is expected that the people of Ghana themselves decide the outcome. The petition case has really educated Ghanainaisn on the lection issues and will do well in next voting where all the issues brought up will be looked into well. For PEACE to prevail in Ghana there is the need for a run off for the masses to decide for themsolves instead of SC ruling in favour of one party. Ghana must be very careful for things look very bleak ahead.Hmm!!!

NPP the grand Party of insults and name calling. These uncouth behavior does't stop with the downtrodden alone but even with the elites of the party.
Most people in that party did not grow up with their fathers at home so, had no proper training in their infancy. Insults are normal for them because of waywardness.
We have learnt before you'er elevated to any tangible position in NPP you must undergo insults training from the pioneers before you'er given that position. This behavior is not good for Ghana.
It's pathetic to be in such a party of Ashanti/Akyem tribal hooligans.

I think I am right in saying that counsel for the 3rd respondent is making a mistake here.
Having been allowed by the court to use material such as has been used in this examination, counsel should not have focused on petitioners at all, but should have framed his questions in such a way as to elicit responses which would raise concerns on the part of the respondents, that there was every possibility that errors were made in the recording of data or completion of forms, and that these were 'likely' to have occurred across constituencies, not limited to only constituencies in which the respondent won, and not particularly aimed at giving him any advantage. They could then have argued that therefore there was no conspiracy, and though administrative errors may have been committed by polling agents and EC officials (alike) these were not gross and of a nature to merit annulment of the vote in all these constituencies.
Tsikata in my view has missed the point by the way he was directing questions on this very issue, but who am I but a lay person.
Any how, the respondents need to present a focused and convincing argument to counter those earlier presented by the petitioners and whilst doing so, above all they must be truthful and honest in their submission, avoid political statements and campaigning and focus on "the issues in court, not outside".

That is what this whole court case is about. Irregularities that need to be corrected. NDC and EC had three months but they said there was nothing wrong at any of the 26000+ polling stations. NPP naturally will bring out places that favour them. THERE IS NOTHING ILLEGAL ABOUT THIS. If your wife is divorcing you and you are facing her in court, will you bring out anything that will help her case. That was why NDC should have brought out all these irregularities in NPP strongholds within the time give them by the SC. REMEMBER, SC IS A COURT OF LAW, NOT MORAL, EMOTIONS, ETHICS etc. Everybody now agrees (well except Asiedu Nketia) that there were irregularities on all sides. The question now is "were these irregularities enough to have tilted the election". If yes, Mahama has to step down, all irregularities corrected to our best, and then we will REVOTE. The SC will never declare Akuffo-Addo as president since it would have been the fault of EC and not NDC unless it can be proven that both connived to rig he election. SC is a court of law, not moral, emotion etc. this is a simple case, we are doing our best to make it complicated.

The question is if you want to be declared President on the annulment of votes, why do you not scrutinize all the votes of the entire polling stations and then tell us exactly how many votes have to be annulled and by what percentage margin you had? Why select some polling stations and ask to be declared President based on that number. Your analogy about divorce proceedings is rather misplaced. When you come to equity you must come with clean hands,

Whether the pink sheet was allowed to be tendered in or not, what is important and has been established is that the NPP are bad losers! Bad faith. In other words whatever irregularities they (NPP) claimed were orchestrated in NDC stronghold, also happened in NPP stronghold, except that they were selective in their petition. The SC judges are very learned and they are reading meaning into what is happening. The fact that they sustained the objection of Addison for Mr. Tsikata to tender in those pink sheets from Kumasi does not mean in taking the final decision, they will not look at what happened in other polling stations other than the 11,000 or so polling stations.

Once the time for submission closes, you can not bring in a new submission. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS, JUST GET IT. If you are being tried for MURDER and your lawyer can prove that it was MANSLAUGHTER, you will be freed because you were not in court for MANSLAUGHTER. The prosecutor can not change from murder to manslaughter when the case starts. That is how it works. NDC and EC lawyers know it and they are just playing a game with those who do not know.

It seems the enemity between NPP and NDC will lead to the total destruction of our nation in the name of justice. To every NPP this is the mother of all injustice and until and unless they get that justice, we should all be prepared to face collectice suicide. This is what I gather so far....the NPP and Nana Addo must get their justice. It is not about our continued existence and prosperity. It is not even about democracy now. I seek citizen of another country where bitterness and hatred is absent from its air. What has become of Ghana? Because the whole petition is about the elections not being fair,so let the SC understand that even the respondants agree that the elections were bogus.

Elections should be won at the polling station and not through the law court. The 1992 Constitution recognizing that the sovereignty lies with the citizens provide that results of elections should be affirmed in the presence of the sovereign people.
The steps are clear cut; it is not rocket science which may be difficult for the average person to understand. The NPP and their sympathizers want to make it look difficult to understand for the average person.

I'd like to inform the Chief Justice, Her Lordship, Mrs. Georgina Woods that GBC has strangely cut off live audio/video broadcast/telecast or internet connections to Ghanaians in the diaspora. It's big setback to progress. We're citizens of Ghana and must also enjoy the previledge of live access to the Supreme Court hearing on the election fraud case.
Our nation is moving forward esp. with our democracy and as such, any attempt by any party or group of people to block some Ghanaians from the court hearing will be a great setback to our progress or forward march. Many people esp. friend are shocked to note that live access to the hearing has been cut.
I'm therefore writing this little petition, on behalf of all Ghanaians living in the Diaspora (everywhere in the world) or by way of appeal to the CJ and hope our voices would be heard.
I hope the Chief Justice would use her good office, to help restore live court hearing or access.

Ask the supreme court why it did not allow it to come in. Ndc was lazy not to have done their research earlier and used this pink sheet as one of its exhibits before the hearing started.
And you think the Supreme Court will declare Akuffo Addo President knowing that he stashed the Asokwa pink sheet under his bed?
Asokwa pink sheet shows there was over voting. Or tell me what the Asokwa pink sheet was supposed to do. Over voting in Ashanti region or any region is over voting and your Asiedu Nketiah said todaqy that there was never over ...
