In Ghana stealing this money is seen as peanuts and normal. Even Woyome's money didn't shake them. They still voted NDC into power.

Whatever the size of the amount involved in this case the "manager" involved here has committed fraud and a criminal act against the company and the state.
But what happens, this is why some of us blames government. There is going to be a link and a cog from the government through the minister of transport down to the ministry of transport to kill this case.
To these so-called "leaders", !ministers, steling GHC20,000 from government coffers is peanuts since they have been duping the nation in millions doing dirty deals from the president down through the minstries.
The simple truth how can a fraudulent person like a corrupt leader involved in a multi-millio cedi fraudulent deals have the moral courage to confront a subordinate in is doing peanut fradulent deals?
This is the situation in Ghana now. There is no political will due to moral deficieny by the president to confront acts of corruption because the top hierarchy are themselves embroiled in it.
Shame onto the the NON-PERFOMING, CHAMELESS AND GROSSLY INCOMPETENT GOVERNMENT FULL OF CORRUPT MINDS.

How possible could it be that one could blow up a huge sum of money where there are accounts clerks, accountants and administrators. It is not possible without a broad conspiracy. Where is the audit team? No boss, no superior officer etc.
It makes no sense
Will journalists learn to make educated reports?
