The question is has Sam Okudjeto himself ever been civil. He has not been civil in the least in his utterances, declarations, mannerisms, etc etc be it on political issues, social or whatever. He condemns without sound reason, makes his judgment of people and shouts insults without any remorse and as usual with his know it all attitude. Addison and Co are copying him. Here he comes saying or asking people to be civil. As a teacher what has he left behind as foot-print or standards to be followed. Or he thinks it is only in the courts that civility should be practiced? And even there he is woefully lacking with so many shortcomings. Can Okudjeto first remove the big stone from his eyes so that he can see properly in his attempt to remove the pecks on others' eyes.

Retrograde can be an insult depending on how and when it is used. It means backwards, reverse, inverse. So if one uses it in a courtroom to indicate that someone's action is backwards, it becomes inappropriate.

Had Addison not been reprimanded by the court when he 'ridiculed' lawyer Senananu in court by making uncomplimentary references to him?
He may errorneously believes his rather 'rotund' size grants him the licence to misconduct himself in the courtroom. Why did two of their support base abandon him in the mischief he sought to pull in court?
And talking about wanting an "expeditious trial",why would a team including more than six front- row lawyers each insist on 'scritinizing' exhibits which originated from their
side,resulting in most cases,to more than 10 -15 minutes of delay?

No preperly brought up Ghanaian will tell even a younger sibling to shut up at an ordinary family discussion, let alone a respected courtroom.

Tsatsu really portrayed the kind of upbrigning he had. And the hopeless presiding judge just looked on. For three days, Addison kept warning that "they could also reply in kind." Atuguba did not take a hint from that. How on earth can a judge of a Supreme Court say the "mudslinging is now even?"
That is why I cry for my beloved country!

This is a good piece of advice to the political divide but it must be noted that he who plays the piper calls the tune and it has often been said that action and reaction are equal and opposite to each other. Tsatsu should be deceive himself into thinking that he is the only legal brain in the country. In any way I am not one of the people who see him as such because his performance has been abysmal.I was asking myself whether he was the same Tsatsu who has been touted as legal wizard or there another Tsatsu that is there yet to be seen. He thinks himself so intelligent to the point of insulting the intelligence of his own learned friends to the point that when he used the word 'RETROGRADE' one of the judges has to caution him to mind the words he used in court.

Addison's posture in court consistently smack of arrogance. Tsekata should have slapped him. How could he asked for the relevance of a fellow lawyer’s question and in taking time to explain, the same Addison rose again to ask if Tsatsu was doing cross examination or addressing the court. This was merely to distract Tsatsu in order to lose focus of his cross examination. Those childish games should not be entertained any longer.

Addison has done no wrong; so far, he's made sure Tsatsu Tsikata doesn't take the court hearing for granted, by raising objections when necessary. He's not insulted anyone, neither has he been arrogant like Tsatstu. The man has good manners; he just cool and calm, but when NDC's lead council tries to toy with Dr. Bawumia, by asking unnecessary questions, he steps in to point it out. Doing that isn't a crime and folks should understand that.
