A leader must inspire those that he/she leads. Recognising the huge infrastrucural deficit that we have, a leader must possess an evangelical enthusiasm for getting the people to come along with him/her on the path to achieving what we need. The kind of enthusiasm that gets our people to flock en masse to our spiritual churches because their messages give them hope of a better tomorrow. Whether they are right or not is not my issue here. Our leaders must strive to achieve that leadership which should also be accountable. Accountability, a bit more national interest; a little less self interest is what will inspire the nation to chart the best way forward
