    You can't claim the cocoa that belongs to the GA people. Have you heard of Tetteh Quarshie? He planted the cocoa seeds in the rural areas of Ghana when he came back from overseas. Go back to your history books.

    The answer is simple, shoddy work stemming out of greed. Less cement, too much sand poor achitectural work, cheap labour and above all fake building contractors. Even cement blocks sold on the Ghanaian market are 90% sand and ...
