The beautiful thing we all including Lawyer Tsikata and the presiding Judge Atuguba have to do is to stay away from intimidation and threats to the man in the box and let untainted justice flow like river on a flat terrain.
Certainly, direction from the Bench is sine qua non for a smooth course of proceedings but if it's copiously marked with lopsided approach it raises serious concern.
Statements such as:
"In the witness box your credibility is at stake" not opposing counsel coming from the presiding Judge, could be enough to ice the nerves of a witness in the box! I'm not sure if that's helpful.

Bawumiah has really shown his class in the political history of this country as far as the election petition is concerned. Being intelligent as he is, what he is doing is to preempt Tsatsu' question because he has read Tsatsu' mind to the point that he can fancy the next question Tsatsu will ask hence he answers and offer explanation to preempt Tsatsu' question. He is doing this because he has seen that Tsatsu is using tactics to delay the process. His explanations often baffle and disable Tsatsu hence he delays before asking follow-up questions.Because Bawumiah has been able to combat his tactics hence Tsatsu has resorted to insult by calling hum dishonest. My only problem with Tsatsu is that when he errs and he is corrected, he finds it difficult to accept the corrections. He should also know that in my candid opinion it is not his giggles and laughs to show his supporters he is on top of issues that will win him the case.Dr. Bawumiah you have really endeared yourself to my heart.

If he is saying he used the duplicated pink sheets once, why did he bundle them and submit them to the respondents? Dr Bawumia is not telling the truth. The supporting documents which support an analysis must be relevant and concise.
Work has made it quite difficult for me to contribute to the petition brought before the court.
