What Tastsu is asking is that the NPP has not supplied 11,842 pink sheets from polling stations. We need find 11,842 pink sheets from a total of 11,842 polling stations. Tastsu is not talking of the total of pink sheets submitted to the court. That my be about 22,000+ because of the duplicates. Lets wait for the completion of the auditing.

The good news is that millions of people have had the opportunity to watch, listen to, and follow the case until now. What do you hope to achieve by summarising what has gone on with your own spin? And you want educated readers to believe you? It seems to me you have already concluded the case and decided who has won!!

Well, the bad news is that party propaganda of this sort works with ignorant, illiterate or brainwashed individuals who take whatever garbage and cheap pap they are fed. Why don't you spare us the trouble and allow us all to follow the case and make our own deductions. After all, it is NOT the court of 'propaganda opinion' that will decide this case but the evidence played out in court in its entirety.

What we want is to know the truth about this election and whether the petitioners have a compelling case. We as Ghanaians want to strengthen our democracy and if this process will help us do that, then it is all we want.

What we do not want is this nonsense coming from you, whose only wish here is to WIN this case by any means possible. Presumably you want so desperately for your party to be in power that you have forgotten one thing - that whoever wins an election will be running a country, not a party with its own narrow and parochial interests.

The NPP Communications directorate said: "Three Justices of the court all took up the challenge and calculated for themselves the numbers in the affidavit and in a matter of minutes confirmed the position of the petitioners that there were 11,842 polling stations in contention for which pink sheets were submitted as exhibits to the court. This really exposed the NDC's Counsel as the one who was arithmetically challenged".

If it were that simple, why then has the supreme court authorized an international auditing firm KPMG to audit the pink sheets in question? And somehow that part of the court proceeding which was a significant and crucial issue has eluded them in their analysis of the case. The so-called "three Justices" who "counted" and confirmed that indeed there were 11842 merely confirmed that the numbers were as indicated in the affidavits!!!

Howe could it have been lost to this NPP directorate that from the very onset the respondents had queried the 11842 number presented and that the court was indeed "compelled" on the insistence of 3rd counsel that the sheets be counted?

There is a traditional story of two men fighting, and one being very sure of himself, telling the other one that he would knock him out with a single blow. Shortly into the fight, this 'loud-mouthed fighter' found himself on the ground with his opponent sitting on top of him and punishing him with heavy blows. Instead of begging for 'relief' and ending the fight, all he could say was: "you wait till I get up from underneath you. You will see what I will do to you"!. Can you imagine? It seems we have a similar occurrence here and 'deja vu' (pardon my accent-less french) here with the NPP Communications Directorate.

Stop spewing chaff to your unsuspecting followers. Stop misleading them. You will gain nothing out of it and well meaning NPP members should take note. These guys are leading you down the wrong alley way!!!

How could one witness be cross examine more than necessary by a weak defence counsel who have practically exhausted all his brains and tactics but still allowed to continue repeating same questions over and over again by the Supreme Court Judges?

Kenyans took just tow weeks for the entire case to sort out any misgivings in their electoral system. How long is Ghana going to take?

Oh, you did not add at the point where Tsatsu brought out the myjoyonline news item with regards to John Mahama and some chiefs in the Upper East and Northern regions pleading with the EC to allow voting without biometric verification. Tsatsu asked Bawumia if inspite of several views from chiefs etc Bawumia still thought the votes of the affected polling stations should be annulled. Bawumia made this profound statement, " there were several views but there is one law". Tsatsu arrogantly insisted in knowing from Bawumia if the voes must be annulled to which Bawumia made another profound statement in the trial, "the law is the law". After fruitlessly trying to extract sometthing from Bawumia Justice ATUGUBA intervened to ask him what else he wanted from Bawumia after giving him an apt answer. This was where Tsatsu's ego was deflated and he realised where the case was heading. All that he is doing now is from a blow that has dazed him and he is now very confused. More confusion from Tsatsu, watch out!!

It would appear no one in your camp would admit to what in the world outside the Supreme Court was a faux pas when Addison imputed on the integrity of Tsatsu that.......it was surprising coming from him talking about honesty.... when the latter wanted Bawumia's honest response on issue relating to the Pink Sheets.

Addison was maliciously harping on Tsatsu's past brush with the law, something uncalled for as he was a counsel and not on trial. Had he been on trial then his 'dishonest past" would have become an factor in the determination of the outcome of the case. Bawumia was however on the witness stand so the counsel for the respondents had the leeway to coax an answer to his questions (CROSS EXAMINATION).This incident preceded Tsatsu's exasperated retort to Addison to shut up but nowhere is this mentioned in all subsequent issues relating to him and events unfolding in the Supreme Court. THIS SELECTIVITY IS DEPRESSING BUT NOT SURPRISING, as it is a hallmark of your pursuits so far. However to be objective, it is good to present all facets of an issue.

Is obvious by now that you people have embarked on a concerted campaign to denigrate Tsatsu. However, anyone with at least some logical reasoning, at minimum on the level of an 8 year should be able to infer your ulterior motives. So my humble suggestion is that, when you want to float a lie, make it at least believable or it will drop down and get you.

I thought NPP would wait until the physical counting of the pink sheets is done by the accounting firm before they comment on this particular issue. The figure 11,842 on the affidavit does not necessarily mean that the physical counting of the sheet will arrive at the same figure. Unless of course NPP is cock sure of the total figures of the physical pink sheets. Human errors I think, have not been factored into the counting of the pink sheets submitted to the court registry. In situations where Dr. Bawumia has admitted as mistakes duplicate and triplicate copies of exhibits submitted in court, how can you vouch for the accuracy of the total figure of the physical pink sheets submitted. I think it is early days yet.

I think what he left out was when Tsatsu accepted the over voting claims of NPP by bring in pink sheet from Kumasi thinking it was going to discredit the witness by instead made us all got to know that indeed there was over voting all over. This means that, Tastsu ended up making NPP case strong on only that aspect. I was not happy at all on legal grounds because Tsatsu should have made his no be no and yes be yes. I think he is confuse now looking at what went on this morning. He should just end his cross examination if he thinks he has no more queestions in order to excape embrassement from Ghanaians and the opposition.
