  Lot of websites showing jobs do reveal the pay range that goes with the job or position. But I cannot see any figures in the adverts I have looked at. Are all the companies keeping that as secret or is the website keeping the figures.
  
  One of the main attraction to take on a job is the "money" but if you don't reveal to prospective candidates on what is awaiting them, you are not going to receive many applications.
  I do not think you would advertise a job in UK without revealing the "money".
  And there is nothing like "100%" secured website because your passwords are at least sitting on servers which are controlled by other personnel far away from and can sell them off.

  Hi Bibini, we advertise jobs as we get them from job advertisers and potential employers. Most companies it seems do not wish to reveal this information (although some do) and there is nothing we can do about this as we dont have the data ourselves. Please be rest assured that we publish all data as we get from employers although our guess is that companies wish to pay jobseekers according to their skillset when employed which can work in the jobseekers favour at times when negotiating. Our website is 100% secure and jobseeker passwords are stored encrypted (not in plain text)in our database. The processes we have in place internally as a company makes it impossible for it to land in the wrong hands. I hope this answers your question. Many Thanks

We understand people's sceptism about fradulent activites but there is nothing any fraudster can do with just an email address. Although we have a presence in Ghana, we are based in the UK and our site is 100% secure.

  Hi Alex, yes we feel it is an improvement over jobsinghana.com in that on our site, the jobseeker can do more. Some of our features inludes: Add jobs to a jobsbasket making it easier to apply for them all in one go, upload up to 5 CV's and apply to as many jobs as possible using any one of the 5 CV's, track all applications made to employers and see feedback from them, set up jobs alerts and we are already working on adding SMS alerts to our offering. We also have lots of free cover letter and CV templates on our website for jobseekers. It is up to the users to decide if any of the above makes us different or an improvement to other job websites in Ghana. We hope this answers your questions.
