You can't foreclose this building because it doesn't belong to the kwame adu you are talking about. Very basic. the point it we need an easy, reliable system of id system. Social security numbers eg. else, these things won't work

This is a good developmental leap forward. If undertaken properly, this should enable access to funding and injection of much needed capital into the economy; an engine for growth and development. Hopefully, with diligence, the problems with identification of both individuals and collaterals will be overcome to enable this move forward.
