Good report but bad appreciation of what transpired. NDC has never admitted to the claims of the petitioners but are proceeding on the bases of the allegation to punch holes in the evidence before the court and sought to proof that this is based on bad faith. The legality as to why they refute the claims will be addressed to the court after cross examination. Cross examination is just to gather information, understand the case of the petitioners, shredd their evidence and examine the credibility of the witness. NPP should rather stop tickling themselves and rather be worried about what is being done to their evidence, their lawsyers understand that! Their case is currently standing on one leg trust me.

Folks, I sincerely believe that you've come to agree with me when I said that NDC's lead council Tsatsu Tsikata has come to his wits end! "The Three Musketeers" namely: Tony Lithur, Quarshie Idun & Tsatsu Tsikata have all failed in their attempt to discredit Dr. Bawumia's testimony. They all started by disagreeing that there was no over voting, voting without biometric verification among others. Sensing danger and defeat, now the very same people have changed gear; they're saying that indeed there was over voting in the Ashanti Region. Hmmm, " wonders, our eleders say, will never end!" It looks like the NDC have discovered more polling stations where over voting took place, more than what the NPP had previously discovered. Wow! I beg oo! The "raymos" going around is that Tsatsu Tsikata is and NPP supporter he's now helping the party to win! That's good news. To me, I say that the hand of the Mighty Lord is working! Just as he dismantled the wheels of the army's chariots belonging to the Egyptian Pharaoh, in their persuit of the people of Israel in the Red Sea episode, He's doing the same to the wicked and deceptive National Demonic Criminals (NDC) in their heaviest defeat in history. NDC lawyers, headed by Tsatsu Tsikata are confused! They keep on fumbling very miserably, esp. with forged letters and documents. They forget to accept the fact that our Supreme Court Justices cannot be taken for granted, or cannot be toyed with! We're entering hearing day 14; the drama has just begun to unfold. Remember, Atubuga told him "he asks pathological questions", again he told him he finds it difficult to understand the battle he is fighting. In a nutshell, the man is finished of ideas and questions just as Addison said, but he wants somebody to push him out, else he will ask the same questions till thy kingdom comes. There is no where in the civilized world that a Supreme Court will hear this bogus petition. A petition based on a selected number of pink sheets.
The petition starts off with a specified number of pink sheets and a calculation based on annulled votes. Then it is amended and the votes recalculated. Then affidavits are sworn on several copies under several categories. When the hearing begins the petitioner amends his plea claiming he has now deleted some pink sheets. He does not re swear affidavits to attest to the only and true exhibits. He does not state how many votes he now wants annulled and the apportioned percentages to the candidates. But is allowed to proceed none the less because the court will work that out for him. During the hearing he reclassifies his exhibits when it is demonstrated that forms he claims to be unsigned or over voting are in fact not the case.
They had all the time in the world working the photocopier to make multiple copies but could not spare the time to look at 2000 other pink sheets. The Justices have been served with a half prepared dish. Fufu without the soup and the entire country is mesmerized by this concert. Because Akuffo Addo has to be placated with a Supreme Court judgement so he can maintain his stranglehold of the NPP.

If Dr. Bawumia, the petitioner and his two amigos are claiming that there were widespread irregularities as well as rigging, then why concentrate their findings on only the NDC stronghold or where the NDC won the most and let go of the NPP areas in their writ before the Supreme Bench? In essence, why not dispute the results of the whole 26 thousand plus polling stations if their so-called widespread allegation is something to go by.

In fact, what Tsikata is doing is to simply give Dr. Bawumia and his two amigos enough lasso to go hang themselves stiff. But, the bench of NPP together with their yahoo fool-soldiers don’t seem to get it and will never get it hence their twist and turning before all.

Why did he choose to ignore that pink sheet if he has come to court to seek equitable remedy. How many more similar pink sheets has he failed to include such that he would end up the loser? And the reason is simply. Because he is a sly, devious and dishonest petitioner who wants to decieve the court and the country.
HONESTY is the key word. Free and fair elections not perfect elections. And errors do not show that the ballot boxes were stuffed with foreign votes for Mahama. The petitioner looks for a discreapancy of 1 vote, misssing signatures, blank spaces and asks for several hundred others to be annulled so he can become president through the back door.

The Good Book says remove the log that is in your eye and you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your neighbour's eye. for true justice to prevail, the court must order for all the polling stations that akuffo addo won where there was also overvoting too to be annulled. then now they can judge. but for now it is imbalance. in any case since 1992 ballot papers issued has never tallied with number of registered voters in several polling stations. that too must be looked into. NPP for reason of not allowing results to be declared was that akuffo addo votes have been reduced, and so were asked to bring evidence on that. now they have shifted to administrative errors of over voting where infact it took place also in their own strongholds. what injustice!!!!
