  WHO ARE THE ECONOMIC PLANNERS FOR THEM?YOU ARE WASTING OUR RESOURCES.
  LET'S TURN GHANA INTO THE "HOT CHOCOLATE HUB" OF THE WORLD WITH THE 10 BILLION,MAHAMA HAS PROMISED TO BUILD THE TALLEST BUILDING IN GHANA.
  THAT IS NONSENSE.IT CARRIES NO ECONOMIC SENSE.
  GHANA SHOULD TRAIN KIDS FROM KINDERGARTEN,THE KNOWLEDGE ON COCOA INDUSTRY.WE SHOULD HAVE UNIVERSITY PURPOSELY FOR COCOA STUDIES AND MAKE SURE WE DOMINATE IN EVERY AREA COCOA CAN OFFER.
  WE HAVE PLAYED A VERY NAIVE ROLE ON COCOA INDUSTRY FOR SO LONG.WE HAVE TO CHANGE IT,FOR CHANGE IS NECESSARY,IN EVERY SUCCESS EQUATION.AND GHANA NEEDS TO SUCCEED.WE CANNOT APPLY THE SAME METHOD TO ACHIEVE ANY DIFFERENT RESULT.COCOPOD SHOULD WISE UP,PERIOD.

The worse of it is the arbitrary adjustment that allows every purchasing clerk to do what he likes with his scale. District Officers(DOs) of the Licensed Buying Companies (LBCs) and their armies of Purchasing Clerks(PCs) are direct beneficiaries and are sabotaging the effort of COCOBOD to help poor, uneducated but hard working cocoa farmers
