    If all 5 operators have been fined for poor quality of service then what does this say about the effectiveness of competition? Do we need more than 3 operators in Ghana?

    The National Communications Authority (NCA)should also be fined for looking on all this whese for these rots to go on.

    Some of the issues which lead to bad quality lies with the NCA. Quality can only be improved with more cell sites. To get permits from Civil Aviation, Assemblies, EPA, GAEC etc is a nightmare. The Telcos are aware of the bad ...
