    even private riders have to take test for seperate motorbike permit is america...Just because you can drive car don't mean they will let you drive a bike in usa on paved roads!

    You should read my comments well,i said government ban OKADA operators because its dangerous however we have had private bike riders who use bikes not for commercial purpose and they must be tagged so that they dont use bikes ...
