A new era has begun and a breath of the desire for a better Ghana has invigorated the people so no nonsense , selfishness , procrastination or greed by politicians and the bureaucrats will be tolerated no matter which party is blessed with the opportunity to lead. it is now very clear the stakes are much higher for ndc as if they loose in court be it a call for a runoff or outright award to npp the ndc and its institutions will be wiped out into the oblivion of history as they will all be investigated and jailed for the ongoing corruption, conspiracy and murder of mills not forgetting the looting of the national wealth so never again will the ewe hegemony rule the country . the npp on the other hand has it easy as all they will do if they loose is restrategize and bring in a younger generation of firery hard punching politicians like ken and sir john since its clear this incompetent amateur administration is at best a one term govt. the general lack of trust and confidence in this govt is more than just overwhelming so one asks how did they win the elections if it was not a matter of rigging or election engineering . most intellectuals of integrity and honor have distanced themselves this we see in the poor selection of ministers and appointees . they are so busy trying to blame others for their mistakes that they dont see its pointless . the latest drool is that the ahwois , totobi , duffuor and co are to blame for the general non performance in their previous mandate instead of admitting it were the hegemonic ewe incompetents likes fifi kwetey who held the govt to ransom.

Why should we waste our resources on triavial and flimsy or parochial issues? Everybody in Ghana has some issues to deal with and if we all line up at the court simply because we have the right to do so, where then would be our sense of direction as a nation. The courts are there to deal with weightier matters and not these senseless issues being brought up by Kpegah and Amekudze

His personal opinions and impressions do not matter. He should challenge the court's decision in court. So disappointing Ato D is not challenging the substantive issues on the 2012 election petition in court but will choose to talk on 'Amicus Curiae brief' by lawyer Benoni.

After his death, the family court judge found herself with the devil in a room filled with clocks. Each clock turned at a different speed and was labeled with the name of a different occupation. After examining all the clocks, the judge turned to the devil and said, "I have two questions. First, why does each clock move at a different speed?"

"They turn at the rate at which the members of that occupation collectively sin on earth," replied the devil.

"What's your second question?"

"Well," said the judge. "I can't seem to find my occupation. Where is the 'family court judges' clock?"

Dr. Bawumia is cool and collected because he knows what's he's talking about; he has concrete proof that the EC and NDC colluded to rig the elections. From what we've heard so far in court, on can safely say that the NDC is failing in their bogus quest to rubbish Bawumia's testimoney and proof of election fraud.

The evidence is there on the pink sheets. There's more evidence concerning the discrepancy observed in the Diasporan registry. Dr. Bawumia has been cool and spot on in his submissions in court, inspite of the fact that the Tsatsu Tsikata and the rest of council on EC and NDC side have teamed up to attack his credibility.

So far, they have admitted there were great errors, which they call administrative among others in the election conducted by the EC. They tried to rubbish Bawumia's revelations that there were over-voting and voting without biometric verification, against EC's own laid-down rules contained in the Election Guide to all parties and stake-holders.

The "Sasabonsam" party can run but cannot hide anymore.
