IT A SHAME DR. NKRUMAH IDEA OF TEMA OIL REFINERY AS WELL AS FUTURE VISION COULDN'T MATERIALISED SINCE GHANA LEADERS SOME WHERE USELESS WITH GREEDY, CORRUPT MENTALITY DIDN'T DO NOTHING DURING THEIR LEADERSHIP TO MAKE SURE TOR WAS MOST PROFITABLE COMPANY. TEMA OIL REFINERY IS PROFITLESS WITH HUGE EMPLOYEES WHO GO IN JUST TO COLLECT PAYCHECKS OR DON'T EVEN SHOWUP OR SHOW UP FOR FEW HOURS.
EFFUTU REFINERY SHOULD BE RUN WITH DIFFERENT MODULE FAR FROM TEMA OIL REFINERY TO ACHIEVE SUCH SUCCESS.

Which company? This story is not credible. Every Aboakyer festival, government officials mount the platform in Winneba to make gargantuan promises that never get redeemed.

Why is he talking about project of national importance and then switch to unnecessary activities such as the Dunbar? Just to please the chiefs.

This new company would definitely employ most of the experience workers from Tor.
Later on, the new company would find itself selling more fuel to Ghana, because Tor is unable to paid off its debt and even sustain profitable growth.
I have heard such a proposal before, a few years ago, a Sheikh from Gulf region, had plans for an oil refinery at Takoradi. I am yet to see it to fruition.
I am happy for Ghana.

That would be the only 21st century oil refinery in the world without immediate acces to a waterway accessing the sea.

We want them to tell us how they will reduce the carbon footprint of this gargantuan project. The land in question is too much. 500 hectres will do.
