    Kwesi you are absolutely wrong here.Where the police have not got the resources to police a demonstration they have the right not to allow it to proceed especially if such a demonstration is likely to undermine law and order.

    so if the Police don't have resouces they should infringe on our rights? If we allow the Police to get away with this, they may in the future say the they can't receive complaints or respond to distress calls.

    I think the human rights groups should seek for a ruling from the courts. I believe that what the police are doing is an infrigment of the constitution.
