    I thought the Chinese were running the country, ask them provide the money and labor to install the technology.....Maybe Woyome can chip in like $10 million to help....just a thought.

    They should use the money to establish farms, equip the hospitals or provide facilities for schools. FIFA should provide as perhaps for free.
