    IT'S NOT TRUE AT ALL. THE HANDS OF THE CHIEFS ARE HANDCUFFED. IF THERE IS NATIONAL LAW FULLY ENACTED AND APPLIED BY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, THE CHIEFS WOULD HAVE NO SAY TO RELEASE THEIR LAND.

    THE mining regulation is not helpful. Stop small scale mining now, to preserve the environment. Our land usage must be regulated. There must be à special policy on building estates.
