The NDC stealers also found money to be able to send 200 NDC pastors to Israel to pray for the NDC in the election petition before the Supreme Court.

These same stealers found GHc33 million to finance the zero planting of trees(re-afforestation) in the north of the country.

Unsatisfied with their greed for stealing everything belonging to Maaame/Daaavi Ghana, the Ali Baba-and-the-forty-thieves govt in power found GHc15 million to pay for 600 Guinea fowls.

In the meanwhile, the student who had the best WASSCE score last year couldn't enter the University because he could not pay all his school fees, but, at the same time govt appointees (junior ministers inclusive) were completing university programmes overseas at our expense, including weekly return flights to attend classes. Again, we are witnesses to the flambouyant weddings and other celebrations by government functionaries, property acquisitions, frivolous expenditures and so on.
No one wants to be the monkey working for the baboons, who are their peers. The Prof is shouting EQUITY! Afterall, Single Spine is all about equity. Let us place ALL government employees, including Ministers and others, on Single Spine.

Once upon a time, there lived a poor hat seller in a small village in India. He earned his livelihood stitching hats and selling them in the neighboring villages. Once when going to another village through a forest, he fell asleep under a tree. When he woke up, he was surprised to find his basket empty and all the hats missing. Then he noticed a troop of monkeys sitting in the tree wearing his hats. He came up with a brilliant idea to retrieve his hats. He lifted the hat on his head and threw it to the ground. Out of their aping habits the monkeys followed suit. The hat seller then collected all the hats and triumphantly proceeded to the market.

As the years pass by, the hat seller has a grandson who too ends up being a hat seller. One day he has to pass through the same forest to sell hats in the village on the other side. As he is leaving, his grandpa tells him of the monkeys and how he outsmarted them and warns the grandson to be careful in the forest and remember his grandpa's trick if the monkeys cause any trouble.

So the grandson sets forth on his journey. While passing through the forest, he gets tired and falls asleep to wake up and find the basket empty and all the hats gone. Then he notices the monkeys on the tree wearing the hats. Smiling to himself he says, "Aha ! I know how to deal with this. I'll use my grandpa's trick ! So he hurls his hat to the ground expecting the monkeys to do the same. All this time, there is a young hatless monkey sitting in the tree. This monkey jumps down from the tree, quickly picks up the grandson's hat and puts it on his head. Then as he is scampering away, he says to the grandson sarcastically:

"HA! HA! DID YOU THINK ONLY HUMANS HAVE A GRANDPA!?"

Professor Martey is wrong here. The refusal of doctors to attend to emergency cases cannot be accepted on any moral ground. If the doctors had used the other alternative sometimes used by doctors in other parts of the world, Martey's comments could have been justified. This alternative is the work to rule whereby emergency and important cases are attended to and minor and moderate cases are not dealt with while on strike. But for doctors to embark on a strike which is now three weeks old and counting and refuse even to treat emergency cases is simply immoral. Professor Martey is a hypocrite. He certainly drives in an V8 car not the barefoot transportation mode used by Jesus, Paul, Peter and others who founded the Christian religion. Has Professor Martey ever used tro tro, the equivalent of the barefoot transportation mode of the 1st Century AD, since he assumed his Moderatorship?

For God sake Rev. doctors are paid their gargantuan monthly salary which is nowhere close to that of their teachers who, inspite of their meager salary, sacrificed to make these doctors who they are today. The doctors strike is not about unpaid salary, but a few months unpaid allowances; for which reason the poor sick taxpayer should lose their lives?

This man is telling it as it is whether he is a man of God or a school teacher. Ghanaians should wake up and smell the coffee.

It is because of this ignorance, stupidity and backward mentality that the politicians take advantage of and continue to steal OUR money.

How can the Government say that there is no money? What happened to all the Gold, Oil, Diamond, Bauxite revenue, just to mention a few.

There is no money but some how they found money to give themselves hefty pay raises. Are we that stupid not to understand this logic? Are we criticizing the messenger for something that a every Ghana is aware of?

Ghanaians should be ashamed of themselves for letting corruption go on unchecked. We need people like this man, whether he is a man of God or not, to rise up against this thievery.

People are dying in Hospitals, because of lack of medicine and proper healthcare while these politicians continue to buy million dollar mansions in Ghana and outside the Country.
