  We can produce all the food we eat and export the surplus.
  
  MOFA should look to solving the problem of post-harvest losses through food preservation and transportation of foodstuff from farms to markets in the urban areas. Rehabilitating our railway system would go a long way to address the transportation problems.

  They will never talk about developing the railway because those owners of dilapidated trucks and articulators are their financiers. We should thinking seriously about transportation costs.
