"Instead of televising the mundane proceedings of the election petition, televise the turmoil going on in unstaffed A&E departments, let the people see what is happening in Ghana. Let the whole world see screaming, terrified women struggle to give birth without the help of a doctor. Let them see gas explosion victims in agony be treated by national service personnel instead of specialists. Let them see the confusion on old, sick people’s face as they arrive at empty hospitals." is this not happenning in all african countries?

In the words of Judge Crabbe, " NPP and NDC copulate at night; and litigate during the day" They are fooling Ghanaians by taking us for a ride. They are both a waste.

This nation must move forward. Feb 24th 1966 brought us into reverse gear. Now we cannot waste time and go back to the 50's again. Back then it was Mate Mehu /NPP against CPP. Nkrumah was forced to take draconian measures to move us forward. I think it is time stop all the nation wreckers from getting the upper hand.

Why is the President silent on the Doctor's strike?The NPP as a party want to make the country ungovernable because the election did not go their way;They are the same people at the helm of affairs in most of the country's institutions and their removal by the President will be deemed political,yet innocent people are dying each day in the Hospitals and health centers.
Can we ask ourselves why no sensible NPP top notch has come out to condemn the Doctor's actions?Because it is their desire that,the President fails as they have already planned.
But let us remember this;the country does not belong only to them and killing innocent people will not bring them to power because God is watching these wickedness whilst some people in the opposition are not wise enough to call the doctors to order for what they are doing.
Their actions are worse off than the suicide bomber who wants everyone to listen only to his/her opinions only or get killed whilst seeking that attention.
Why blame the President,even though he has a part to play,and not someone who said he will make the country ungovernable. After all,aren't the Doctors being paid?
Please,let us build Ghana together as a people irrespective of our political affiliations and condemn these act from everyone who wants to go on strike to drum home their needs to be met.

Spending huge government money on non- existent projects such as SADA akonfem and afforestation projects, irresponsibly paying huge ex gratis to MPs and then you tell doctors and teachers there is no money to pay them. Mahama is a THIEF, and stupid ignorant people like you see nothing wrong in the direction he is taking the country. The election petition is rather intended to put Ghana where we should be, and televising it will ensure transparency, otherwise NDC Atubuga on the panel will skew the decision in Mahama's favour.

At the time of being admitted as a member of the medical profession:

That is what you pledge to do when you wanted the tax payers to educate you.

Think again! I think if Akuffo Addo had been president, there would not have been any strikes etc. The election petition should not bore you because it has nothing to do with the problems in the country and its attendant strikes. The problem is the GOVERNMENT should pay the striking workers to end the strikes. The income of the country is not for the President to thank chiefs by buying them cars etc. Use the money wisely!

But, if you have irresponsible individuals leading this nation, the outcome is what we are seeing today. Let us put pressure on the government to act responsibly to end the strikes going on, and future strikes. That is the way out.

How shallow-minded can you be? You don't think the election petition is impotant? Try warfare to resolve election theft ala Cote d'Ivoire, Kenya, Somalia and all those countries that resolve election disputes with guns and machetes!

In any case what has the case at the Supreme Court got to do with resolving strikes? What is happening in the country shows the result of indulging in thievery, to elect an incompetent individual who has no clue about governance.

Do you not understand the doctors? If Ghana has money to give away willy nilly to thieves like Woyome, CP, and others for doing absolutely nothing, why can't we find the money to pay doctors who stand on their feet for 36 hours at a time, treating patients with improvised equipment and drugs?

Didn't the president find the money to pay the idiotic Parliamentarians whose contribution to the state of Ghana is next to nothing? Think of all the corrupt agreements that were approved by the last parliament. What did they contribute to the 'ecomini' of Ghana?

Perhaps if we all ensure that state institutions like the Electoral Commission do their work properly, we will not have clueless nit wits like Mahama and Amissah-Arthur playing with the lives of Ghanaians.
