Somebody should tell this lawyer that civility is the key to winning the bench's heart especially when all material efforts are exhausted to win a witness by way of undermining his/her credibility during a confrontational cross-examination.
In law school the student is warned not to be over aggressive especially when in possession of limited leading questions to reveal hidden materials which may weaken credibility.
here it is obvious that Lithur's exercise was boring, over-aggressive and repetitively assertive in his demand for same answers. He bacame a victim of his bait and ended up being a laughing stock before the bench which finally suggested a better way out.
On the other hand the day belonged to Bawumia whose composure exuled confidence and charm that accompanied expectation of witty answers to deflate Lithur's pumped boredom.
If time is an essence this courtroom has its clock set on Lithur in coming days. But the unflinching Bawumia is awaiting the volleys.
PART 2
When Afari Djan recklessly conjectured that if the NPP was not satisfied with his unwillingness to wait a few days to examine their concerns as demanded he advised them to take their case to the courts.
That was typical of the Ghanaian in position of authority : he lacks sense of foreseaability as to what the results of his actions may entail.
The recent Teachers and Doctor's strike is a clear example of the above. Leaders who are supposed to act better rather dare them to acerbate and inflame tempers.
With all these added to our electricity and water problems the investor will walk past the hurdles to a better business environment.

Ask them why they devalued the cedi then? This is sabotage borne out of envy and jealousy

If NDC and John Mahama were as honest as Bawumia when mistakes are made Ghanaians wouldnt be suffering as we do now.
John Mahama nicked the only shirt Ghanaians have and he is afraid to wear it out, in case we
ask for it back, that is why he is not tell us the truth that Ghana has NO money.
IMF and world bank because want Ghana to cut down on its borrow because we are spending above our means.
Iran President promised like that of China and nothing comes.
Honesty will mean the end of NDC, after 4 good years and they cant still get our economy right. John Mahama is fooling himself thinking 100 days is how long he is been the Peesident.
NDC is blaming court case and NPP because they have no answas to our economy problems. Stop blaming and fix the economy if you can.

If the EC would have done the right thing, all this wouldn`t have happened.Wasn`t it the EC Chairman who told the NPP to go to court if they have a case?
Didn`t the NDC said NPP doesn`t have a case?So why are they crying?I think any right thinking Ghana prefer this court action, than turning Ghana into Kenya(O`ton,Atta Mills)After all this court case will not cost us more than the money NDC doled out to Woyome for free. And at the end of it all,we are still going to enjoy the peace,we are now enjoying.Freedom is very expensive Mr Minister.

History bears the fact that the dishonest dwarf and his greedy followers are essentially selfish nihilists. They are more interested in personal gain only; not in the welfare of the country.
Their warrior-cry seems to be, "If I cannot have, you will not have it either;". The ultimate question is, "Where is this dwarf's university law degree? I wonder why progressive Ghanaians would even imagine a trouble-fomenting lier to lead and steal their beloved country?

Petitioners know exactly the disruption this litigation will create. There are other means of solving these allegations but the leaders chose to go this way which is sad. Can Ghana afford the type of democracy these two parties want citizens to endure?
Election laws definitely need to be modified to prevent future waste of resources.

How can a party evaluate voting process without being biased? If there is an allegation of fraud, the one complaining cannot investigate fairly. This is a mess really.
