The next stage if for Bokor to rush to the media with his silly analysis claiming Nana Addo still has a case to answer because the case was thrown out on the basis of technicalities.

In the end, all Kpegah and Bokor want to achieve is not to prove that Nana is not a lawyer, in fact they know he is lawyer, but to embarrass him, while trying to distract him from the Supreme Court case on the elections. It was the same strategy NDC adopted during the IEA debate: to let Ayariga taunt and embarrass Nana with side-insults, so that if he fell for the trap, he would either be distracted or be viewed as intolerant and aggressive. This is why he heard some strange stories about Nana being aggressive at the IEA debate, although he decided to respond to Ayariga with jokes or completely ignore him. NDC had a prepared text.

The General Legal Council and the Judicial Council should issue a joint statement saying that a man of Kpegah's training should not be setting a bad example to the public by instituting frivolous and vexatious lawsuits just to defame others. I believe he has other cases which he instituted against persons other than Nana Akufo Addo and which he similarly failed -- after soliciting wide publicity to defame the respondents -- to propeed with.

We are watching the "authorities who govern the legal profession" in Ghana to see whether they will CONDONE this ignoble, abhorrent and disgusting precedent set by an ex-judge, or take steps to smash the practice he has so fkagrantly publicised.

Just imagine the harm this man has done to the reputations of judges in general. For folks will be right in asking, "If a person filled with so much venom, hatred, deception and unscrupulousness like Kpegah could become a judge and even Supreme Court Judge, plus moreover, Acting Chief Justice, then into whose hands are we law-abiding citizens of Ghana being thrown whenever we are obliged to go to court to face a judge?"

This question needs addressing.Otherwise, the standing of ALL judges will be undermined and cannot be restored with mere wig and gown.
