  I shudder at the safety on our roads in the next few years when there will be so many motor bikes against the background of vehicular traffic congestion. Without obeying basic road regulations one could only imagine the inevitable death toll and breaking of limbs on our roads. Even pedestrians are supposed to obey road regulations and so whose responsility is it for motor bikes to totally disregard basic road regulations. As usual we shall look on unconcerned until one fine day we realise that its gone out of hand. ACP Awuni please wake up. Can somebody tell me what you do when you hit a rider who is going through red light or refused to stop at a T-junction.

  Road Safety, if done properly and genuinely, saves LIFES. Here, it is clear, the NRSC is aiming at the QUICK and EASY money it shall grab at Certification!

  even those have to have the permit and plates in usa unless drive off road (farm,desert,beach) They have to learn all the laws as car driver plus the dangers of bike riding
